Claire is muziekdocente bij zowel Africa Music School als het community project. “Proud of becoming a teacher for music, due to the fact I picked interest and impression from my teacher Monique Udo who taught me how to play music with a group of five of us “five stars “ where we were two girls only and three boys. I am very proud of what I can do now, because in my country it is surprisingly special and adorable seeing a lady playing a saxophone. I am very grateful for this great talent that was put in me. I am grateful that I’m able to use my talent to train other girls and boys to become an inspiration to others when they grow up as well. What I believe is, is that talent is wealth and it’s a life development, a switch to life connections. I’m looking forward to teach more people in the world working with Music for Children.
There is one hidden treasure secret about music that I noticed as I became a musician: you can easily meet people like celebrities and go to nations due to the talent as well as connections. Music gave me an experience of meeting one of the best saxophonist in my country – Isaiah Katumwa – that I longed at seeing and because of music and Monique I was able to meet him. With my class that I teach, there are people my students at Wipe a Tear are longing to see and i told them of my experience that will give a way to them too. I look forward to helping more with teaching young generation music.”
